Skip Ahead App Reviews

I used this app extensively for 2 years, but never review it. After discover iOS 6 new music UI, I removed this app, but it only took one day for me to install the app back. iOS 6 UI is too easy to accidentally hit other keys. This app is really simple and useful.

Just updated to iOS 9.0.2. My beloved Skip Ahead no longer works. Probably Apples fault for messing with the music player. By the way, it would be great if Skip Ahead also worked with the Apple Podcast app. Currently (up until 9.0.2 anyway) I have to save recorded podcasts as music so they appear in the music player so Skip Ahead can work and let me fast forward thru commercials. Id like to save them as podcasts, but Skip Ahead cant see or effect Podcast player.

Just download IOS 9 for iPhone 6 and see that there is NO MORE button for SKIP AHEAD or behind. So I thought spending $0.99 would be the answer only to find that it keeps crashing and DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I emailed the developer, Peter and in under 12 hours he immediately responded to my request for an update and when it comes, I will change my rating to 5 STARS as Apple taking the skip ahead feature away in IOS 9 has created a HUGH OPPORTUNITY for this app to THRIVE and hopefully go VIRAL :-) So now there is HOPE. Thank you PETER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for you quick response :-) Peter emailed me today to say that the app update is now being reviewed by the Apple store and he does not know how long it will take. I am extremely hopeful as I love listening to podcasts and being able to skip over the advertisements and boring stuff. So THANK YOU PETER!!!

Developers do not recommend updating to iOS 9, but I had already. With the new update it works great. No other app provides the functionality of Skip Ahead, glad to have it again.
